This uber plane debate, and why they're "fun" in the game..

Same argument in any sim you fly. The is a UFO. Only a dweeb will fly it. Hell I took it up for a sortie and got 47 kills....yada yada..

It's all in how you look at it. Most people that camp on boards think of it in the wrong way..

Try thinking of it a different way.

First, pat yourself on the back because no one is going to drag you into flying that poor excuse for a REAL PLANE, which is REALLY a flying piece of UFO crap...

Dweebs fly it, your not a dweeb, and pride yourself on that fact.

I for one am very proud that you don't, I tell ALL my friends, but they still look at me in "that" way..........

...never really look AT you while you talk...

Second, what is the ONE plane you'll pick out of a pack of cons to give the speaking end of your big fuggin guns, when you have the juice ???

And what's the ONE plane, that when ya kill the soggy butted excuse for a warm blooded life form you'll yell..

Kieran that is an option , but an option that has a price, a realization that not everyone cares to ponder and come to terms with.

"If" you fly the plane that is considered "the" UFO. With it comes the baggage that, if you suck in IT...

With that cold hard realization, can one avoid the down pillow/357 syndrome ??

I think many people shy away from the "uber" plane of the month, simply for that reason alone.

After all, to know in your heart of hearts that you truely do SUCK is...well

easily avoided

...by capping on people that fly them
