All scores are reset to 30 perks at begining of tour.

All  planes are perked.

You can gamble with the perk points in the officer's club.. Crud or Ace's high Poker, or duels

You can make wagers using your perks

You can transfer perks to team mates

You can pay off perk debts

You can pay guys to join your mission. (heheh)

You can buy perks from HTC to use for charity. (hmm don't know how that works)

Great Ideas!

Great idea, but who would pay for perk points? I don't play in MA, but if I did I'd earn em before I ever thought about buyin em... lot cheaper that way :)...

But that could kinda throw off the whole perk balance system dont  u think? might have to raise the proce of everything...

toad... your idea would get more perk planes in the arena so it is not a "positive" thing to me.    My idea would remove perk planes from the arena so it is a "positive" idea.

ripsnores idea would do me no good whatsoever and have the negative effect of having more perk planes in the arena.  besides.... I kinda like having close to 5,000 of the damn things doing nothing.   Who knows?   Maybe something useful will turn up some day.    I "earned" em I might as well keep em till they are good for somethihng.

This is a good idea (if ya perk everything :) ).  Good idea even if ya don't though.

I like that Idea except it wouldnt be fair for the people like me who only fly for a few hours a month. But maby if you got some free perks at the beginning of each tour, say enough to fly 1 262, then you get at least 1 chance to fly it, or 4 chances to fly a spit14 etc etc.

Another problem would be the tour before this came into effect. When Hitech makes this announcment the there will be a scramble to spend those hoarded up perkies :) Laz will have to quit for a month.

roscoe... what "if" you were granted perk points at the beginning of each tour equal to the amount of the highest perked plane?

err..Toad, no Hijack intended.  Just asking.

The charity thing is pretty cool, wonder how many people would actually want to buy perks.

Why have 3 seperate perk "pools" why don't we just have 1? I've got over 1,000 vehicle and bomber perkies combined but what do I get to use them on? I flew the Arado a couple days back and that is a once in a blue moon flight, the 234 is just a boring plane to fly. Heck, I ended that mission by landing on the carrier! I'd like to see an everything that flys perked system, you run out of perkies then time to climb into a GV and build up another "pool".

You'd likely also get more early war planes that give good perk as guys tried to build up perks that now actually had some value. ;)

Maybe not much, but some at least.

That’s a sweet idea Rosco.

why don't we just admit that the "perk" idea has shot it's wad...

It was a complex solution to a nonexistant problem to begin with and it's flaws just become more apparent as we get more and more planes that aren't mid, to mid/late, war.  I don't use the points now so why would I use em more if I had less of em?

No.... why not just have 2 days at the end of every tour where all the perk rides were free and do away with the whole leaky abortion of a 'perk' system?   It would be more fair and.... the perk rides would get used more than they do now... people would all get to try em and they wouldn't be that anoying to those who hated em.
