i'd have to go with the FW-190A8

It's stardard loadout was 4 20mm and 2 13mm.

It was possible to carry 6 20mm and 2 13mm
                                      2 30mm Mk-103, 2 20mm, 2 13mm
                                      2 30mm Mk-108, 2 20mm, 2 13mm
And with all this it could still hold a bomb if they wanted too.

There are heavier armed planes i can think of but they're 2 engine planes.

F4U-1D could fly with 4,000LBS of bombs and rockets. Later models up to 6K.

It depends on how you measure it, whether you include gunpods etc. The later Fw 190 had four 20mm and two 13mm, but the British 20mm Hispanos were more powerful. One British fighter, the Martin-Baker MB 3, was designed to carry six Hispanos, but it didn't see service. The Russians had the Yak-9T with a very powerful 37mm cannon and the Yak-9K with a 45mm, which was certainly the most powerful gun carried by a single-engined fighter.

The Me410 has two engines, thus disqualifying itslef from this particular discussion.

Some form of Fw190 I'd think, but its performance would be hit so badly that it'd scarcly be a fighter anymore.

I was going to mention the Martin Baker MB3.... now that would have been impressive to see 6 x 20mm hispanos in operation!

I think the me109 G 14 could be fitted with 5 20mm cannons plus the 2 13mm cowl guns. I'll have to double check.

Fw190A8 could be fitted with 2x13mm and 6x20mm...(four MG151/20 in underwing gunpos on the outter wing)

in fact it WAS used operationally...

In fact, even the Spitfire was considered for a 6 x 20 mm wing armament, and the Spitfire IV prototype was equipped with a mockup six-gun installation for testing (see Alfred Price' "Spitfire - A Complete Fighting History", p. 97).

The Ta152C series could mount  up to a total of SEVEN 20mm and 30mm cannon.

The standard armamament was 4 MG151 in wingroots and cowl, an Mk108 in the motor- plus a possibilty to mount 2 extra cannon in the outer wings. A few Ta152C saw service with JG301 in April 1945, making them possibly the most heavily armed single engined fighters of WW2.

Grunherz, there were only two production 152C models completed.  When they were picked up (their factory was about to be overrun) they were unarmed.  When they were equipped and used in combat at the unit level, they were armed as the standard H models.
