If you want to play offline and look around(remember fps are much faster offline) you can go to ftp:/downloads.wwiionline.com
and grab..setup155.exe a full install. You can then grab the file that is wwiionline0000000(when you expand in properties it will be 1.64) It is 97 meg....I will find out if they have created a full install to 1.64 to save some d/l. I know they will have one when they do the 2 week freebie thing, so ppl wont have to d/l 200megs to try it out.
