Nifty!

How'd you do that?

Just changed my mind.

AWESOME.

How did you DO that?

HTC should have um on a website and use them as promo videos.

Now, imagine if we could edit films...Man.

Great choice of music too

Well, first I fired off a email to HTC and got Pyro's okay to make AH movies.

Using my ASUS V7700 GeForce2 which has a video-out plug, I ran a line to a VCR
and taped an AH film I'd made in the MA.

Then using the video-in plug on the ASUS, I brought it back in as an AVI.

While it's still in it's AVI format I used a program called DUBIT, and added in the music.

After all this we are looking at a 50 to 100meg AVI file, which is way too big, and even if I converted it to a MPEG it would still be very LARGE, so I use RealProducer to convert it to a 56k connection type
streaming file (that is why the quality is only fair) I could use a LAN type connection streaming file format, but the file would STILL be too big.

I want to keep the movies at less than 10meg, and preferably less than 5meg, unlike BRENDO's great WB movies which are in Quicktime .MOV format and 15 to 20meg files. Cuz' frankly who wants to DL sumthin' that big?

All the programs I used are FREE on the WEB btw, the only real cost is the $279.95 I laid out for the ASUS.

Glad ya liked em!

You rock Milnko, thanks for explaining how to do that!! I have a copy of adobe premier which i may try my hand at and do some sort of video editing/sound stuff as well.

Nice films.

Interesting, thats the same kind of Gfx-card i got. Maybe I should dust off my VCR and check it out

A while back I was listening to some music when it struck me how it was perfect background music for a AH film. When I heard it I could really picture the planes cruising, fighting and exploding.

Now I just can't remember which song it was. LOL

Udie,

Sometimes XOOM is kinda weird, just keep tryin' the link, U'll eventually get through.....Hey it's a free page that I signed up for, so I guess I get what I paid for huh?

Also I only have a 28.8k connection out here in BOONYVILLE Oregon, so it'd take about 2 days to up load a 100 meg file.

I have plans to make a few more movies, one to the "ACES HIGH" tune by Iron Maiden, and Alice Cooper's "Welcome to my Nightmare", also one tune I really think fits AH an makes me picture a KNIT attack on Rookland whenever I hear it; "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor
