Enough already.

There have been several posts implying that HTC is some sort of den of moneygrubbing capitalist pigdogs.  Cut it out.

HiTech and his cohorts are running a business.  It's a hell of a lot of work, and they can do it however they like, for whatever purposes.  If people wish to support their efforts, they're free to do so.

If you don't like the notion of free enterprise, piss off and have your spout in a political forum, bbs, rant page, etc. and leave the message board to gameplayers, especially the ones with thirty bucks of commitment to pledge to their jones.

In short, lay off HTC, and fly or flee.

Yep, I'll also be glad when all the losers who fly for free yet put AH down and tell us we're stupid for being willing to pay.... leave.

It is a personal choice. If you don't like it, go. If $30 is too much, please leave. If you think HTC should continue to subsidize your pleasure, get the heck out. Please just shut up and go elsewhere as all your complaining ain't gonna change the fact they have a business and need to pay bills.

If you think it isn't advanced enough to charge, well, maybe see you in a few months.

Add my name to the list that agree with this post.  It's a wonder with all the squeakin Hitech doesn't get more frustrated with the community.  So far I have found him and Pyro to be very pleasant and approachable even for a newbie here like me.  $30 a month is a very fair price to pay, especially when games like WB's nail you by the hour.  Is AH perfect?  Nope.  Is it the best sim out there now?  IMO it is.  Even if we remain a lean and mean community, we will be better off for it.  Cya up.

Yeah capitalism.

From what I've heard so far by others, $30 is not a bad price for all that we are getting.
