This is somewhat crazy, but I feel the need of posting the idea.

We all spend a lot of online time flying to the combat area, returning to our bases, grabing alt, etc. A lot of time before and after the combat. Just imagine the typical new player with little time to play climbing for 10 mins in his flamant P51 to be shot down in less than 10 seconds by a veteran. In another context, imagine an arcade game "space invaders" type that needs 10 mins to load each level, once loaded, the cruel alliens kill you in 5 secods, and then another 10 mins loading the level again and so on.

What about one "Inmortals day" per week where all of us are just inmune to enemy fire so we can fight till no ammo left? You just accumulate or lose points based on the damage you do or you get, but no real damage is done to any plane.

You only can destroy structures and troops, so the resets would be very fast for sure.
