Does anybody remember that old show?  It seemed to be a great one when I was a lot younger.  What is your opinion?  Was it better or worse than Black Sheep Squadron?

Regareds,  Shuckins

Check out "Combat!" on TV Land or wherever. Similar shows in terms of production quality.

I remember it.

Paul Burke was in it I think, and maybe Robert Stack?

I loved it, but I was pretty young.  Wish I could get a hold of the best episodes somehow.

I loved that show.  It's what Black Sheep could have been and should have been.

Can anybody remember how many seasons it ran?

(1964-67) Great one hour TV show in the 60s that focused on the 918th Bombardment Group of the the U.S. Eighth Air Force near London. Stars Robert Lansing, John Larkin, Frank Overton, and lots of guest stars. Great action and story lines in this top notch aviation series.

If you haven't seen the movie 12 O'Clock High, you really should. Although, without giving anything away, I should warn you that the LW does not win in the end.

12 O'clock High was one of the best WWII movies ever made.  Great performance by Gregory Peck.  Wasn't overdone like Memphis Belle.
