Well, voice from experience, bigger is NOT always better..we've lost some fine pilots due to our size, thus, we went from 3 squads down to 2, one Euro squadron, and 1 US squadron. Things have stabilized, and we are not taking anymore pilots at the moment.
Sometimes those 10-15 member squadrons are a better thing....
On the other hand, any time I log on, I always find a squaddie, kinda comforting. And when it comes to scenarios, it rocks, but alas, I look at the Knights as one big happy squadron!
