The old joke of climbing to 20k with a C47 and dropping the drunks is still okay here, but when a fighter drops in on you it is not cool to bail before he guns you. We all know what that is!:D

Sounds like "free" kill to me. For a guy to bail, after taking all the time to climb to 20k, in a C-47 at the mere sight of you and at the cost of no ammo is literally like the chicken strutting to the chopping block, laying it's neck down flat and grabbing your axe it lops it's own head off for you.

Except, that in this case there was no kill awarded, even though I was only 980yds. from him. I did have film running as always.

I'da bailed too. Kinda like when I auger rather than take lead after knife-fighting for 10 minutes on the deck when the ever present spitnik7 show's up with 5k
