Is HTC one to break tradition?

C'mon! Wednesdays suck! Release on a Friday so you can work overtime all weekend long and we can complain about how the release was rushed and not up to expectations! :D

Did some checking. The following versions were released on the corresponding days.

1.10 - Friday ;)
1.09 - Wednesday
1.08 - Thursday
1.07 - Thursday
1.06 - Thursday
1.05 - Tuesday
1.04 - Friday
1.03 - Tuesday
1.02 - Friday
1.01 - Tuesday
1.00 - Monday

No need to break from tradition for a Friday release. :)
(edit - added few more days)

So to fit the Weds/Thurs/Fri release precedent if it ain't out today we have to wait 4 more days

I may self combust with frustration/anticipation before then...

A little scientific application of numerology proves that 1.10 will be released today.

1.0(2) was released on a Friday
1.0(4) was released on a Friday

2X4=8+2=10  There ya have it!

It would sure be helpful for HTC to give us some kind of hint for those of us trying to decide upon weekend plans.

No so much "when you will" but if you have no plans of releasing it this weekend that would be useful knowledge.

You can find the release dates by looking back back at old news which is where I found the days.

ROTFL!!

...ok seriously.  Has HiTech or Pyro been flying any lately?  I don't recall seeing either of them last night or the night before (or day).  Thats bad ju-ju for a today or even Monday/Tuesday release.  I'm bettin next Thursday or Friday.  The Holiday weekend beginning Friday "would" probably see fewer people trying to download the patch... something to consider.
