For those who asked
« on: September 02, 2000, 04:13:00 PM »
Im bored. So Im posting two today.

I have been getting bugged, quite a bit, in the H2H arenas, about why I dont play online. Hblair, In particular, ask,s every time I see him

While I love the, all to human, whineing in AH. ( And im a enthusiastic contributor )I dont tend to whine much about real life.  Dont see much point. Everybodys got troubles. I guess I should explain why I dont play. If only to get some peace .

My wife had a heart attact awile back. ( found her on the floor, when I got up one morning). This upset me a little. We have been togather for thirty years. So Im kinda use to haveing the old girl around.

Everything went well, with the surgery and all. And she is doing fine. There are some finanical considerations that came from this. And they have impacted my play money adversely.

So. It was,nt because of the lame bellybutton guns or any AH feature that I left. I just ran into one of those little speed bumps that we all incounter from time to time.

Wow, Easymo,

Certainly wish you and your wife the best.

But man, she'll be up and all over you if she hears you call her an "old girl"

Seriously, I hope things go well.

Hey bud, sorry for the rough ride you been on.You know of course that life is just a rollercoaster.Man,I can look back and see the ebbing flow of my life...high-low,high-low,high-low.We're all on this same ride, tho sometimes we tend to forget that.Just remember the good part of the ride always follows the bad.
I too only fly offline for financial reasons.I am shortly to get out of a couple large debits and will soon become one of the arena mass(again).Free HTH was offered for a reason from HTC and I appreciate that and try to return something to HTC by posting my love of AH on the boards of some of the other WW2 sims.Hopefully I help to bring some converts to the AH fold.
     Heads up bud

Tell your wife we're thinking of her easymo.

My dad had a heart attack and triple bypass surgery in january. It really wakes you up when you see them in the recovery room hooked up to all the macines, etc.

Now put the sweet missus on the harvey and take her for a relaxing ride.
