This is a Zeke on final approach.  In AH he would be able to continue flying for about 3 more minutes.

B5N "Kate"

Its not an A6M.  Its a B5N "Kate".

Nose and wings are all wrong for an A6M.

Nose is wrong for a B6N "jill".

one thing about this kate though. Notice it has a spinner like a zeke. Other photos I have of kates have small spinners similar to this--

to be honest, the kate in my first post looks like a B6N because of the antennae to me.

ammo,

My first reaction was a B6N as well, but the nose and cockpit didn't look long enough when I looked closer.  When I looked at photos of the B5N the shorter nose made sense.

None of the above!

This is a picture of a dead or about to be dead guy wrapped in a bunch of burning metal (and maybe wood) and glass, with a propellor attached, traveling at a relatively high speed.

After looking at the photos, I'd say its a B6N.  Don't let the angle of the photo fool you.  The nose is long like a B6N.

As it had a radial engine I could have sworn it was an FW ;)

two more profiles. Even though the narative from the photo at the top says its a kate. I think it very well may be a jill.
