I saw a link on 3DFiles.com and got all excited for nothing when they announced brand new hi-res artwork and new sound packs as well..talk about behind the times!

It's old news.  That hi-res patch came out with the regular 1.03 patch.  HT posted some of the features of the hi-res patch on the board somewhere but now I can't find it.
