AH Refer a Friend Program...

Now we all know that HTC has a great product. Do we want more subscribers, so HT becomes a Fat cat and pumps more cash into his company, thereby improving an already great game? Or do we we want to keep AH to ourselves, and keep the servers as clear as possible?

If we want the prior, why does'nt HTC do a "Refer a Friend" program. Something like 1 free month for each friend who signs up and stays for at least one month.

Net net, HTC can't lose money on it. And they get free advertising, thereby making HT the proverbial Fat-Cat.

Good Idea? Bad Idea? Old Idea? COuld you care less with 1.10 out?

*shrugs*  I tell my friends about AH anyways.  They just happen to not really be interested in WWII flight sims.  I've gotten 4 to actually try it, but they just didn't care, well one went off and joined the Marine Corps...  hmm, he's out now and in California.  He can play now.

I refer you back to the announcements section, where a program was unveiled that is similar that HTC implemented with 1.10
