Announceing Ricochet weekly Tank vs Tank events
« on: July 11, 2000, 11:03:00 AM »
Do to the continueing interest we are seeing with the tank vs tank events in the SEA. Redwing and I have decided to try setting them up as a regular weekly event.

We are going to try for starters the 2 hour time slot preceding the existing Snapshot events. Time will be  Sunday 2:00 to 4:00 EST in the SEA. Registration is not required, just show up ready to have fun.

To help keep these events fresh and interesting we are asking for lots of help from the community. Interested in CO'ing an event, or have a specific scenario you'd like to setup and try?

As long as it is designed around ground vehicles we will consider it. We may even try something extreme like a long distance M16 cross country race.

Redwing may be contacted at
RD-Redwing@gmx.net

I can be reached at
billj69@uswest.net

We will kick it off this Sunday with a twist.

Wooooo Hooooo!!!! Cool !
Send this out to the 15th Panzer Division, Ghosth, I think we have a new time for our bi-monthly tank meetings! (quad-monthly now?!)

Love the logo! Excellent, my friend!

Anyone can translate 2:00 EST into GMT time for the time zone impaired?

Unfortunatly when it comes to picking a time slot we can not please everyone.

We will give this a try for now & see how it fly's, hope you can make it Westy.

If you use this time then you loose all the Europeans or most of us anyway.
Reconsidering the time might be a good judgement.
10pm GMT on a Sunday evening when most have work the following day is not the best time in the world for us.

B-Town, that 5 hours difference, so 2PM EST is 7PM GMT, is that too late?

B-Town I live in germany so we really didn't forget about the europeans when we agreed on this time slot, but we can't do it earlier because we'd loose all the americans going to church. Its a compromise, and imho its a good one, 7pm GMT really shouldn't be too late for the europeans.
