We have today:

1- A Room channel buttom (F-11) Room chanel!
2- And we have channle buttom for (F12) V-channel !

Why not also get a 3 button for Squad channel button!
So when etc. the squad is devided in more Flighte etc. and have diffrent voice-channels switched in the V-channel, we also can comunicate to all who is in the squad with a Squad buttom!
I know we have the room channel buttom, but the again you also interfer with the other who is in the room who dont have to hear on things that is not interesting for them, and the room channel is only in range for a short distance!

Then we gett:

1- F11 for Room buttom!
2- F12 for V-channel buttom!
3- "New butttom" for Squad channel!

Have you tried tuning your voice channel to 4?

Works as a private squad channel

I thinking of getting hit button for fast talk, as we have for the V-channels F12, and Room channels F11.

If we get new button for a Squad channel we dont have to tune in on a channel all the time, just hit the squad button!
Then we can leav V-channel as it is on the current channel we use;).

To further explain GA's point :

412th is a large squad that has numbers as high as 20 during peak squad night activities. It gets very hectic with that many all trying to talk on the same channel.

In cases like this, we will split into smaller groups and tune seperate channels to keep radio traffic minimized. When we do this, we loose voice coms between the groups unless we are close enough for range channel.

Would be great if each group could tune to
RED: radio 100
BLUE: radio 101
GREEN: radio 102
GOLD: radio 103

Yet still have a button that would transmit to the whole squad, no matter what private channel they tuned to.

TeamSpeak had a feature like this that worked great.
