Yes, the two MG131 were replaced by two 15mm MG151 in the K-4.

The K-6 actually had 1x Mk103, 2x MG131 and 2 MK103 in underwing gondolas... I would love that loadout. ;)

Common opinion is that the mg151 was never cowl mounted on the K4. The credible references on the subject only show 131s on the cowl.
This was hashed over pretty well last year on this board.
would be cool though

Pongo is correct

The 15mm MG151/15 was not mounted in the K4.

Green's, Warplanes of the Third Reich, had this mistake in it, and it has propagated thru many history texts over the years (this has been greatly research to my understanding).

It's wrong, but many books reference this.  I've seen multiple German documents cite 2 x MG 131 as the cowling armament on the K-4, but never have I seen any cite the MG 151.  Works of late featuring a lot of primary research also cite the 131 armament.
