... and this is the instrument panel etc. It was a very comfortable plane (though not much headroom in rear).

I agree with Undeth though - yokes suck. I'm a stick man too. Learned to fly in a K13 glider, then soloed in it and then the K8, K18, owned an Astir CS (crap - a Pegasus would have been much better). Moved on to Grob 109 motor glider, got hooked on powered flight (gliding is too hit and miss in British climate - just look out of the window right now) and owned a Piper Warrior 151 on a leaseback arrangement. Some banana crashed that in a field the size of a shoe box when he tried to land it (was his old microlight field) and I decided to go private with the TB10 whose photos are here. The Rallye (made by same company - Socata) had a STICK. I liked that :)

Hitech - take note of the manifold pressure gauge in (second dial from right), and note that with the engine off, it reads the current atmospheric pressure :D:D:D

Fly helicopters commercially full time. Probably why I tend to vibrate and shake my way through the air in a Spit too!
Have Pics..just no way to get em here yet.

I have about 350 hours, mostly gliders, with some Cessna, King Air, & taildragger time thrown in.  Owned a Salto (aerobatic glider) for a few years.

I am most proud of having flown a glider to 36,000 feet in mountain waves, and having flown another on a 500km round trip flight in an afternoon.

Here is my last ride, an LS-4.

Private ticket, but alas, not current:(
Flew Cessna 150s, 152s, 172s, and 182s, Piper Cherokees, Archers, and Arrows. Favorite ride was the Archer.

Here's a pic of me in my old Gere Sport Biplane. I put about 175 hrs on it before selling it to someone in CA. Nothing like an open cockpit! Got my ticket in '79, 5 months from ground school through check ride. I've also owned a single-seat Quickie I, KR-2 with a Barker VW conversion & supercarb, and a 1941 Culver Cadet LCA. No yokes in any of those! :)

Moi.  Private Pilot.  Haven't flown in 1.5 years since there isn't much to rent here, is always booked or some other damn reason.

205 hours logged

Got 1.5 hours in one of these (co pilot)....some of you may recall I was damn near killed in one (picture not the one I flew in, but did have Aussie Roo's on it)

Sold my BD-5 kit a few weeks ago.  Really didnt MEAN to...airline pilot wanted to see it, and offered $5k on the spot for it.  I bought the thing for $3k, so hey, take the money and run!

Pondering the next ride.  Really kinda partial to the L-39s, I would just love to get some jet time.  Budget forces me to realize "Props are Good"  Oh well, maybe someday!  If I were to build another, it would be one of these...

I am a member of a club, so I get to fly different airplanes:

CAP10B (Aerobatic Trainer, now working on my aerobatic solo)

C172N

Robin 200-120

C182 (no picture)

The club also has 152s, a PA28, a Flamingo, a Pitts S2A, a Zlin Z-50 (being repaired), two Bucker-Jungmanns, a 172FRJ, and a twin, but I haven't flown those yet.

Don't be fooled, I'm a newbie with only 100 hours and a 1 year-old PPL license... I'd fly more, but it's so damn expensive!
