Found the book. It is called "Fw 190 in action Aircraft Number 170" Published by Squadron/Signal Publications.
On page 47 it shows the Underwing Bomb Racks and gives two types on separate 190F models. On the 190F-3/R1 and F-8/R1 it shows ETC 50 racks while on the later F-8 models it shows the ETC 71 racks which were smaller racks for the same bombs. The book also has a picture of an Fw 190F-9 with Panzerblitz launch pallets installed on it.
The image linked below was scanned from page 48 in the book.

Further the books mentions that approximately 49 airframes of the Fw 190G-1 series were built based on the recycled Fw 190A-4 airframe before production was switched over to the extended fuselage Fw 190A-5 and beyond. Also the book mentions that sources for the Fw 190G-2 which was based on the A-5/U2 variant ranged between 468 to over 600. The only mention I have found of bomb racks for the G-2 series was an ETC 501 fuselage rack and "Messerschmitt Tragers" for underwing fuel tanks. Some G-3 variants were fitted with an improved Focke Wulf trager (carrier) under the wing that could carry either 300 liter fuel tanks or 250kg/551lb bombs. Later the G-8 version could carry bombs or fuel in ETC 503 racks.
