It costs a lot to use, with the new bombing setup it aint that accurate. SO? who is going to use it?

You can still bomb with a fair degree of accuracy with the new bomber systems.

Yeah, it's a shame that all it's good for is recon (which was it's main role).

3 Arados could theoretically take out a CV.  Problem is it takes 20 mins for it to accelerate to terminal velocity and you're fuel burn sucks under 16K.  And who want's to risk 180 perks?

I like slipping under unsuspecting loners, pulling up, leveling and spraying and praying with the rear .20s.  Great fun.  Got an assist the other day.  If you don'd mind getting plastered every now and then.

Anybody managed an A2A guns kill with the Arado?

So taking up a 3-ship costs 3x60 perks?  If so, thats kinda wrong.  Should only cost the 1x60 for single or 3-ship.

It ain't a sidewalk sale. Three times the effect for the same cost? Nope.

Not much effect. There are free birds that pack more punch.

Always were planes that were more effective in terms of firepower. The speed is the issue, and the relative impunity afforded by that luxury. Fact is, three times the ord can be delivered at the same speed. It's still up to the pilot to have the skill to place it.

I always liked to fly the '234' but I doubt I'll do it with the new sytem.  The 'cost/benfit' ratio is just too low.  Anyway, it's not something I'll lose any sleep over.   AH is still the best buy for your money and I'll just save my PP's for a B-29  :)

Problem is that effect is not three times, it about 1/3rd. Before arado was a tactical buff, which could knock down strat targets ,like fuel. Now it can get 1 fighter hangar, if accurate. Or couple fuel at most.

Also, 1 arado has more chances to survive. It is like with lancs, prior to 1.10 you could turn it hard not to let anyone to get to your belly, now you just fly, and pray guy is dumb enough to let you gun him.

Arado shall be cheaper, no doubt. Around 15 for a plane.

I will never fly the 234 agian, mainly because i thought all 3 bombers were 60 perks not 3 bombers for each 60 perks... and well i took off and my 234 AI didnt seem to come with me so i said F it... auto climb BOOM BOOM.. lalalala bomb base (sorta) come back and auger on landing.. i ask my squadie "234 are still 60 perks right?" " Yes, each 234 is 60 perks" so uhh watermelon o well
-170 perks for me! :\
