What is it?, what do you have to do to join it (ei, do u have to be in a squad/join as guest or something like TOD)? And when are they held?

Taken from the website at:  http://events.simladder.com/snapshots.php - "Snapshots are open, walk on events that take place in the Special Events Arena (SEA). They offer the flavor of a historical match-up with a brief look at an event in history and it's outcome. Snapshots usually last 1 to 2 hours and are often a "one" life event so fly with care!"

As it says, Snapshots are walk on events, and you don't have to be in a squad.  They are currently every other Wednesday night, with the next one being next Wednesday, 10.00 pm Eastern.   :)
