Rudders, Ailerons, Elevators, Trim, Eggs, ACK, bogies, cc, oh man the list is endless.

I'm looking to pick my plane, and learn it to a T. However, before I do that, I'd sure like to know the basics of flight, the specifics of WWII dogfighting, some ideas on maneuvers and fighting styles.

Any tips on where I can find out this type of information?
