It usually means one of two things.
1.) You've tried a two week free trial before, and the software/account system has detected it and is asking you to start a subscription.
2.) Someone on the same IP address has tried a free two week trial before. In other words someone from your ISP in the same area your in. Pretty rare, but possible.
If thats the case, call HTC and talk to tech support to get it straightened out.
