Take a P-51D with full fuel, no bombs or rockets. Keep hitting H quickly, it can take anywhere from 2 to 20+ clicks before you get "ignition".

Hey, any of you remember that "easter egg" bug with the b17s where after you got to about 40k there was a message about rocket boosters being engaged? You would then climb at 2500 ft/min for as long as you wanted. I once got to almost 75k.
