BTW This test is pretty stupid as it misidentified a P63 as P39 and a Tu22M Backfire as a Tu160 blackjack... :D

21 out of 24 in VH...

I don't know toejam about cargo planes, and the attack choppers not american or Russian are alien to me.

(I missed two cargo planes and one attack chopper I'd never seen before :))

"This is THE way to test your aviation knowledge."

Hehe, I think that test thingy is pretty far from that. :)

Didn't try the lower levels but even that "Very Hard" level is VERY easy IMO.

And it's true that this test doesn't know the designations of the planes it's asking.

For example only possible option of the four was Stratofreighter while tanker boom was clearly visible...so the plane was stratotanker.

Btw this is the Mig 1.42, it's a new mig that's in development and has reached prototype stage.  Unfortunantly Russia doesn't have the money to produce it massly for it's Air Force

Looks like a knock-off of the F-22 Lightning stealth fighter, but with a Russian interpretation from poor microfilm photos smuggled across a border. :)

it actually looks like a ripoff of some other stuff (note the intakes that look a lot like the Eurofighters)

Well the more strength for mother Russia the better :)

21/24 on very hard.  Missed the Su-37 Terminator (hey, it looks like an Su-27!), the EH101 Merlin (thought it was a CH-46...duuuuhhhh on my part), and the Yak-141 Freestyle--I thought it was a Mig-23 picture with the aspect ratio wrong. :)

IIRC the ONLY legitimate fully restored A6M flying today is at the Planes of Fame Museum in Chino Ca.
