Problem
« on: August 03, 2002, 03:40:30 PM »
When ever I try to place an airfeild some of it gets cut off. I have tried placing it on grass, forest, snow, and all other tiles. I am using default HTC tiles. THis happens with all terrain sizes, 64, 128. 256, ect....

Anyone had this problem before?

Thanks

Wait...I think I figured it out. You can have anything touching a grid line?

Plus all 9 points of the grid square that has your field group must be at the same altitude.

Note!

When you place Object Groups it is best to have your "SNAP" box checked with the "SNAP SPACING" set to 2640, that way when you click on the center of a grid box your RED CROSS will center itself in that grid box ( each grid box = 1 mile X 1 mile  or  5280 ft X 5280ft .... 1/2 mile = 2640 ft ) then it will place the Group to the same position that it was made and saved.

If your Group aren't centered you can get ones that I centered.
