Hiya Guys, I am an oldtimer looking to get back in the air. I flew alot of Air Warrior back in the day. GEnie and $3 an hour, I still have nightmares about some of those $250 bills. Flew some WarBirds when it first came out then moved on to other games like Myth2 and for the last few years EQ. I know, I know, to much information but give me so slack.
I have looked around at almost all the flight sims out and this seems to be the one for me.
Not sure why I am posting this really. I guess I am just neverous about jumping back in and being a dweeb all over again. Maybe I am hoping that someone remembers me from way back and will offer to help me get my feet wet again. I flew Airwarrior under two names. Troyboy and Baka. I remember flying against guys like Pyro and Twist. I hung out alot with Gila Monster and Sixgun. Most of all I remember the thrill of landing kills after mixing it up in a giant furball. I hope Aces High will rekindle all that I used to love so much about Air Combat. I also hope I dont completely lack.
