Yeah i am only 15 so my friend who is a good artist drew me a permenant marker tatoo on my back and i was wondering will the marker hurt me after awhile?

Probably not, all that is left is the pigment, the solvent used in the marker is long gone by now.  

And hopefully, in another 10 years or so, you'll ask that sort of question before doing things.

Another word of advice from an old fart, before you get your first real tattoo, make sure you take some time out and ask yourself, "Is this still going to look good to me when I'm 40?"

Of course you will have to take the tatoo guys word for what it means.  He will tell you it has some mystical meaning.  What it probably means is a good laugh for those who speak or read the language.
