Anybody considered creating the Great Lakes as a terrain?
« on: August 09, 2001, 04:09:00 AM »
You know, for that long awaited "Canada vs USA" confrontation we all know is comming.  British Commonwealth planes vs USAAF planes.

I figured somebody could create the great lakes as a terrain for a "inland sea" style of terrain for carriers and such, but it still allows enough land to use alot of landbased aircraft (all depends on the scale of the terrain).

I've always wanted to invade Canada.  They've got to be up to something.  Nobody ever hears anything comming out of Canada as major news.  They're plotting something.  Lets invade before they do it to us.

If I get enough ambition up maybe I will make the terrain, but I haven't quite got around to it yet.

Hans.

I always thought that the Canadaians in here were a secret wing of their airforce.  Special pilots taking advanced training.

HT has single-handedly held off the invasion of the hords from the north by confounding the Canadaian Airforce high command.  The numerious updates HTC has produced keeps their high command off balance!!

<S> HTC, America's #1 defense!!!

"I always thought that the Canadaians in here were a secret wing of their airforce. Special pilots taking advanced training."

Hmmm, Canadians, secret, airforce, pilots and advanced all in the same sentence.

Something is very wrong here, but then you said "special"... Yup, they are very "special".   :)

Hmmm.. This is VERY interesting... The KNUCKS! must be planning an invasion! They have not been heard from sense the Mckenzie Brothers told us about "Beerhunter" and called us "hosers"! There have been rumors that they are all speaking "French" up there now and have sold all their "NHL Hockey" teams for the WAR MACHINE! I am wondering if the first attack will be at Detroit.. the Windsor GIRLS have been taking thier money for years! I think they hate Detroit!

I think we need this terrain.. would be fun!    :)

I'm sure that only 1 in 4 Americans playing Aces High could point Canada out on the map.

If we made this terrain half of the US pilots would prabably get lost and drop thier bombs on US soil.....tards.

As for a North -- South "rumble" we'd win.  We'd send you boys packing and you can take yor nuclear waste and "uber- missile" defense system with yas :p

remember what happened last time their was an 'invasion' attempt?

and the plotting is long done.

we simply saved one keg of beer.  in the event of an invasion from our friends to the south, we would simply leave the keg and a few plastic cups on the 49th.

a short time later all american forces would be hopelessly intoxicated and crawl back to the US where they could once again safely enjoy their "bud lite"  and only half nekkid girls at the nudy bar.

The US has nothing to worry about...  We in Wisconsin have been training for years in case of said invasion.

I bet you thought we wore Cheese on our heads as a fashion statment.  In truth that is our Special Forces Helmet!  Not to mention all the the Black And White Attack Cows!

We also have a solid Offensive line to protect our other secret Weapon, Bret Farve! Beware or Bret will Lauch a Bomb north! ;D

I myself spent a summer in Kelowna and Fort St John doing recon.....

I can now even speak Candian....Aye... ;D

Yup, We need a GL Terrain with GreenBay, Chicago, Detroit on it.  :D

Isn't Canada the name of that big US National Park?
