"Unable to Connect" - why
« on: August 11, 2002, 03:43:03 PM »
When trying to go online with AH, I get "host timed out, try alt route?"  then I click Y, then I get "unable to connect, host connection lost".

Anybody help?  I'ver mae sure I am online at the time and it used to work fine.  I run on XP

Do you have any kind of firewall software?  It could be blocking the connection.

Run a tracert to see if you have a bad router between you and the AH servers.  Also check your ISP support site and see if they have a System Update page that will show any repairs or problems with their network.

You have to give AH permission in ZA for it to work
