Last evening, heading into A12 to gas up my Hellcat, I spot something chugging its way across the bay. I asked nearby pilots what it was, they thought it was a barge. However, it didn't look like a barge, so I went over to have a look.

It was a train! Huffing along a mile from the nearest land, much less railroad tracks.

I filmed it, 'cause I figured no one would believe it. I'll post a screen shot here tonight...

Imagine being in your PT miles from land and taking fire from a train coming up on your six... Talk about having the perfect whine of the week!

Must be some sort of "Landing Vehicle: Train" that's been developed in secret.

WideWing i took a screenshot of the same thing and posted on the bbs, couple months ago.

Now Widewing, that wasn't any train.... it was a sea monster

I have seen smoking things in the water before... and they werent trains. Smoking flocks of sheep (er, square herds) have been spotted roaming around. If it was indeed a train then it must be a mistake.

Hell, I saw a giant squid in the ocean not too long ago.

I got all excited thinking I discovered something new, only to be told by my squad...."Been there, Done that"

If memory serves me, I think the squid killed me when I attacked it.

I'll have to check my stats page to see "Killed by: Giant Squid=1"
