Here are some of the greatest myths that I have read on this board and seen/heard in the MA

-The guns on the F6F are/were "different" than the ones on other .50cal armed planes

-The N1K2 is an absurd plane that is unbeatable (if it is unbeatable, how come they get shot down?)

-Guns on the top of a B-17 actually shoot planes below it (this has been explained so many times it isn't even funny)

-Country A, B, or C is the best country (if people switch sides, what makes A, B, or C the best?)

-Typhoons shoot backwards (one of the funniest and best threads I have ever read)

-Stall limiter and Combat trim make the game too easy and are an unfair advantage to those that use them

-You can quit this game anytime you want (well you can actually quit the game, but not truly cancel your account - though there are exceptions like real world problems intervening)

-RAM has quit the game (he really just wanted a new handle)

-Drex is good

-Furballers are mindless

-Buffers are out to get furballers

d1.0 easy kill shots in ah are common on maneuvering targets

d3a1 "Val" is always an easy kill

sbd isn't good at sinking carriers

People go unpunished in the Training Arena for causing problems.

- The P-38 is undermodeled

- The La7 flight charastics were modeled after accurate Russian data.

- The pizza map is great!

- Kuben never swears on the squad channel

People that play AH don't whine... and that is the #1 greatest myth of AH.
