--there are no cheats for this game

--all griefers are punished

--you can suggest ideas to the devs and they will take them into consideration

--people who spray constant insults, and harrass newbies on the MA channel 1 are warned and/or punished

--gvs are a major part of this game

--the majority of the playerbase like bombing post 1.10

--the devs are never wrong

--customer service is excellent for any MMOG
