Damn Karnak buck up man, it's not all that bad. Keep in mind that the only sources of the P51H rumor are FDBs, who are known to be unreliable at best.

And the 262 is, as Pyro put it, "the ultimate perk" and I would guess it's gonna be damned pricey and more of a risk to bombers than fighters as it buzzes around like an annoying knat.

Out of curiosity, what IS a viable British fighter to compete in the MA or CT?

At this point I don't think there ia a viable, non-perk British fighter. Even the 1943 Spitfire LF.MkIX would almost certainly be perked.

If the game focused on the most balanced year, when the war was still in contention, there would be lots of interesting aircraft from all nations that could be added. That year is 1943.

As it is, things like the Mosquito, Me410, Pe-2, ect, ect are simply going to be sitting duck targets to all of this 1944/45 stuff that the Germans and Americans keep getting (OK, all of the Japanese stuff is 1944 as well).

We already have example in the forms of the Il-2 and TBM-3.

Skurj, no more Allied ground equipment can be modeled until we get the rest of the German armor on line.

This is all just another part of the "Allied Conspiracy", as is the careful selection of British aircraft.

It's a devious plan and if we told ya we'd have to kill ya. However, it will all become clear eventually.

Wanna add Ju-88 in that list of yours Karnak ?
What year did AH's Ju-88 came in service? B-26? B-17? Lanc ?

I'm not sure the Ju88A-4 would be competitive in 1943, that is why I didn't include it in my list.

There are other German bombers from 1943 that would be competitive in a 1943 arena, but not in the 1945 arena that the US and LW units are creating in AH. Things like the Do217, Ju188 and He177.
