Lmfao...we got a couple squaddies who have begun to build there own simulators...please read a beware!!!..LMFAO!!!:):)
Quoted..................
"A funny thing happend
on the way to my living room with my new cockpit. About 2 weeks ago I began my cockpit project. While I am handy with tools and pretty good with mechanical stuff workining wood is a mystery to me. But I gave it a go anyways. Not wanting to build the same thing eveyone else did I didnt care for some of the designs I saw.

So I created my own I am really good with the planing of projects I made blue prints measured everything. Made carfull calculations on everything. Including the width of the doors to the house. So I can take the thing in and out. You may see where im going with this. Well sunday I finished it painted it a nice navy blue waited for it to dry. After it was dry I excitedly went to pull it into the house thats when the trouble started. I originaly planed on 1 1/2" clearence for the doors and cut the floor accordingly.

Well I didnt take into account the thickness of the wood added on the sides. My door clearence went from 1 1/2" to 1/4" oops no big deal right I can still get in in the door. 1/8th" clearence on both sides well I drag it in the backdoor past the pool table and start to go tru the sliding glass door into the living room. The only door I didnt measure DOH!!! Its 30" wide compared to the rest of the doors 36" not even close to going tru. Oh turn it on its side you say no that wont work cause its taller than its wide. Only two choices it will go tru the front door but I will have to take off the front door. Not to mention sqeezing back tru the back door scratching up my paint job even more. Or spend and hour taking it a part so I can get tru the sliding door. By this time I am LMAO at my own stupidity and unhapply taking it apart. Well 2 hours later I have it set up in the living room get computer all installed and running again.

My first flight goes like this take off in a pony fly around a little. Man this feels really good I am reallty getting a feeling like im flying. It feels like being in the cockpit of a real plane. So I get some alt in my pony and go looking for a fight not long after I find one. I jump a spit kill. I jump 109 kill. I jump a la7 kill. Jump a pony he evades a good fight starts. After 5 6 mins we are in a rolling siscors really turns into a good violent fight. Well I finally get a shot on him and off goes a wing woo hoo 4 kills time to go home. I level out and start home damn good fight.

Hey Im on auto pilots why is my head spinning man my tummys upset. Uh Oh Im gonna puke I AM AIRSICK NOOOOO!! The effect of the cockpit is so good I am really about to puke from air sickness. This is when I find out just how impractical this thing is. You cant just standup and walk away you have to climb out like getting out of a cockpit. It goes like this fold up armrest slide seat back all the way turn around grab top of seat stand on seat then step out. Try all this in I am about to puke panic and you can see the humor. Fortunatly I was able to real it back in and not puke whew was close tho. Guess I am going to have to install an air sickness bag dispenser. LMAO

So I guess the moral is no matter how much you plan something unexpected is going to come up and you better be ready for it. Or else you may end up with puke on your shoes.

Dunno if the airsickness thing is just a joke +) but!! check your video settings and monitor refresh rate...  perhaps something has changed.  A low framerate can cause these issues +)

I've had first hand experience with this and 3d shooters.  It maybe that because i play 3d shooters maybe once every coupla months i need to adjust...  I remember i had major issues with MOHAA when the demo was released due to the 'head bob' in game, and perhaps my gfx settings too high.  (this is just one experience of several)

It can happen.  Got a little queasy at the '98 WB Con after riding in the motion simulator that was setup there.
