Errm... hmmm... no nitpicking intended, but I think the system requirements should include a joystick (sadly, there have been enough questions from beginners whose problems were related to the fact that they didn't have a joystick).

You no longer need a joy stick as of 1.02 Azrael. Infact you can map your mouse input just like multiple sticks.

Translation...I can map my mouse simultaneously for use with my sound card plugged in joystick (MS Sidewinder 3D Pro - very old).

I thought you could only select one input device under joysticks?

Ohh yeah.

I think you should encourage as many newbies as possible to come into the arena and try flying with a mouse.

And you should forward me their exact location, alt, and heading.

rehn, the guy who created guncam for WB made a very simple digital floor-mounted joystick out of a regular mouse. The problem was that he had to write a driver for it that pretended to DirectX it was a joystick.
Now there is no need for a special driver!
