Hi Guys,

HiTech,Pryo,Drex & Thunder got out last night for dinner and drinks. It was a lot of fun to be in such elite company!

Now if I can remember what Drex said I've got to try it

Last night was on the spur of the moment. We are planing on getting together thursday night. HiTech, Thunder, Drex & SharkBait are going to fly R/C's at the Grapevine R/C Airport. We will be out there about 5:00PM and fly for a few hours and then find a water hole. If anyone flys R/C's bring your stuff and if you don't but want to watch HiTech and SharkBait put on an airshow come on out. If you don't want to or can't make the R/C meet we can all meet at 7:30/8:00 at HTC and go from there. Nothing is fixed just yet.. If that works post and we can get directions and a plan in order.

It was a good time last night. Other then the fact that Pyro questioned the validity of some of the statements I made regarding ACM. What do you expect from a has-been washout? Very interesting discussions, hands flying all over the place, and your common banter. It would be fun to get a bunch together on Thursday night.

Hmmm directions to the Grapevine RC field... well you go past HT's office till the road dead ends and turn left, follow that to the stop sign and pull into the convience store/gas station that looks like it's gonna fall down to get refreshments, continue on down the road past a small bridge (look close you may miss it) turn right onto a decrepit back road and when it dead ends turn right and follow that road till you see the field on the right. If you go too far you'll end up in the lake.

Errr Thunder may be a better source for directions than I am but I can get there. <g>

I dont know about those directions...they seem a little shakey to me. You might be more likely to find one o' them boys from "Deliverance" out there ifluff'n ya follow them thar dee-wreck-shuns. Or maybe even Hblair.

This is a map to the R/C Airpark we will be at. We will be there around 5:00 PM. Join us and bring your R/C and fly with us or come and have fun watching "SharkBait" and "HiTech" dazzle you with there flying expertise. "Thunder" and "Drex" will be flying the trainers hehe! We have a bunch of "Zagi's" we will put up together and maybe do a little Air Combat! :)At about 8:00pm we will go to "The Main Event" off of Highway 114 and Main for a BS get together and liquid libations! Hope to see a bunch of Ya'll there. We're goin to "Talk TEXAS" and have a passel of laughs! See ya there!
