Anyone have the X45 installation disk?

I don't understand why you need the CD?  Just install SGE 3.0.  CD is older SGE software.   Hmmmmmm, SGE 3.0 shows X45 as I used it to intsall X45 when I bought the X45. Threw away the CD.

Am old guy so pay no attention :)

When it asks for the CD, use the Windoze CD "win 98" , should work then:)

Yeah, strange. This IS win98 though, I think they did not have any drivers for win98 in SGE3.0.  Still won't recognize it.  Considering on selling the stick soon, gonna give some 3rd party drivers and the latest Saitek drivers released monday one last shot before I sell it though.

Neg, the CD installed the software, but it does not "find" the stick once plugged in.  Considering moving to Win XP Pro now..

Rip,

Did you delete your joyhid.vxd and/or the msjstick.drv while trying to get your stick working?  Someone in one of the boardr gave me this suggestion...luckily I had the Win98 disk in my cabs file so I could get them back...but the stick wasn't being recognised without those files.  Search your Windows system directory and make sure they are there.

Rotors won't work in XP

I'm sticking with 98 until Saitek comes out with proven XP drivers
