Notice how they never make any claims about what kind of rib it is?
What do you guys think it is?  Dog, rat, cat, laama, etc?
I'm going with turkey.

you can ask them for a menu with ingrediants , or you could a couple years ago. it has calories listed also. as i remember a mcrib is quite close to a hotdog on the wow its really made of that scale.
