Are we still after Osama?
« on: August 20, 2002, 02:14:50 PM »
With all this focus on Iraq now, what resources does the U.S. military have focused on capturing on Osama Bin Laden?  I would think that some special forces units would be trying to capture him, but I have not heard much about it.

So does anyone know whether we have conventional or special forces units whos main objective it is to capture Osama.  Also, which specific units are after him?

He's dead - but they'll never announce it - it wouldnt give us any reason to be there - cant have him as a martyr either.

Times to act and times to listen and wait. Bet we're listening now.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!
