How to win the HO?

HO, HO, HO!

I hate em! If you pull up in front of me though, I believe I'll win,the last man to pull up wins as he will be on your 6 if he's got any SA at all.
I rarely shoot HO,but I love the guys who want to pass
me 200' off my wing and think I won't turn to em for the
deflection shot in my Hurri IIC, I only need 2 hits

hurri mk 2 c is an excellent plane for HOs, well with the tactic i developed just after it came out

This is just another variety of lead turn. If you do it too early then you're asking the guy to saddle up on your six, but if you time it right you can gain a good angular advantage.

Agreed Pei. I also agree with Ben, HO is just not something I like
to do unless I'm heavily outnumbered that is

I also often will dive (split S) from a HO if I have an energy
disadvantage to a BnZer, and hope they come down to me or
lose sight for a second.

when i ho i make sure i have alt on them or i dont ho then i dive spray and praynever going straight i always died that way. and if u have wing guns dont headon with 110s,p38s,and so on wiht the forward mounted guns  unless maybaybe u liek dieing

In the typical "he'll bounce me" scenario, where your opponent dives in from 5k alt advange, dive straight into him to attain vertical maneuvering speed, then pull into him at 1.8k~ish depending on what youu fly, and hose him dead in the turn at ~700 yards distance.

Wear leather underwear and use LW planes - they got the power.
