I have it all figured out Mitsu... I put my spinner in your cockpit and I will claim the marks on my cowling are due to a bird strike.

Karnak, how the G10, D9 and P47M compare performance wise? With "MA standards" (low alt) and "Oups 30k, I was AFK for diner".

Also, I don't know much (read as: anything) about the P47M, can someone provide performance and armament / ordnance specs?

Thx, for that uplifting info, I will not spend a sningle perk until we get the P47M..

The colour thingy may not be a problem because of the new skin thingy that is comming in 1.11

As the new mission based arena will start with 8th AF vs. Luftwaffe setup HTC might be adding missing aircraft from this theather. As Superfly stated in another thread the Me-163 Komet will be released. So I'm suspecting something like this:

Me-410B
P-47C (probably not, but listed it anyway)
P-38F/J
Bf109G-6/U3
B-24J (personally wouldn't like to see it at this point considering the work load it would need and the fact that it has a good substitude in B-17G)

These are just my guesses. I definately would like to see some more Soviet and Japanese fighters...and Brewster of course.

P47m was extensively used in WW2 and deserves a chance NON PERKED before people start claiming another perk number should be put on an aircraft none of us have tried!

They made a mistake with the spitXIV imo when they made it so expensive. P47m is going to be in the same bracket as g10's doras and p51ds etc and is no super plane.

What i find confusing is this claim that they are perked to prevent the MA becomeing a purely 'late war' enviroment.What we have at the moment is P51ds,NIKs,Doras,La7s and g10s etc at rhe top of the proverbial AH food chain and all are late war.

If HTC intoduce P47m's, SpitXIV's and other very late ware types why not let them become top of the food chain for a while?
I could understand the heavy perking if the whole arena suddenly were filled with them but id like to see it first and decide for myself whether it ruins the game.
I dont know about you all but im sick of LA7s and niks ruling the low alt roost and id welcome a new contender even if it meant a little flooding of a particular type.

AH seems to be stagnateing in low alt spit/nik/la7/yak fights with some high alt dora/p51/109 fights.

I dont seem to see enough of any other types and so its all becoming very samey for me. Now im not wishing back the days of F4uC's everywhere but id like to see the new planes a bit more BEFORE i see them perked.

I dont think ive had a proper 1 on 1 spit14 fight yet with me flying any type.i think planes should only receive small perk costs (like the f4uc) AFTER they have become a nuisance.
