HTC,can we have # of active pilots factored into the equation?

I would say that it's already implemented in some form. Points.

It's true that a small squadron has relatively easier to get good in the other scores such as K/D, hit% etc (one high ranking pilot can easier impact the scores).
But unless that one pilot is extremely active he can't gain enough points to give a high rank compared to some of he large squads.
