HEY HITECH...Want to take HTC public?

Which leads me to the question:

Would you buy stock in HTC at the offering price of $15.00 a share? Nasdaq Symbol: ACES

I doubt Hitech wants to lose control of his "baby" to a Board of Directors.

I would like to see a copy of the financial statements before commenting on $15/share.

...and if HTC is making alot of money, I would suggest re-incorporating in Bermuda.  If he then wants to take Aces High public he can list on the Bermuda exchange (Mezzanine Market) and then jump to the Nasdaq after a year or two of operations.  This will avoid the heavy cost of filing a Nasdaq listing memorandum directly.  In fact, the savings in taxes would probably pay for the listing.

I'd be happy to help with this.;)

As an alternate task to digging up my mother's backyard, you could go searching for Excalibur.  I figure since Dr. Jones found The Holy Grail, and The Lost Ark, you could find something a little more challenging:D

Telecom Tech. Work on PBX's, MW, Fiber,800MHZ radio system,LAN/WAN, blablablabla.... the more stuff I get my hands on the more I enjoy it.

I also enjoy drinking J.D and Beer. I hate long walks on the beach.

Of course, I only see what he posts here and what he does in the MA.  I know virtually nothing about the man.  I think its important for people to realize that we don't really know squat about each other.... definately not enough to use words like "hate".

I'm the guy who calls your office and tries to get you to tell him your name and the copier brand.  Next thing you know you've got some cheapo unordered supplies arriving.  I'm also authorized to use a string of profanity should you catch on to my scam.  Guess that's the reward for selling my soul.

Seriously;

P.S. I have vacation, I find myself reading through this entire thread.
