Another Bombing Question

I was playing and as i took off i realized i had 3 bomber planes instead of one.

Then the next time i took off i had only one.

HOw do i get 3 planes at take off.

Notice i play hth not hte regular type.

In the hangar screen when u select a bomber, if the option to fly a formation is available there will be a checkbox lower left
