To goaly and other disbelievers... No problem. You can continue to think that the photos are fake.

To the rest of you who have been there (like I have) and seen it first-hand:

Imagine being on trial for a crime you didn't commit and the jury is comprised of 12 people like goaly? Scary thought.

Odd, I would want 12 people on the jury who were willing to really look at things and not believe the first thing that they were told..... Unless you think that jury should ONLY listen to the prosecution?

i think the picture with the little girl on the beach with some one else is fake, because when you go to an airshow all the little children cover thier ears when i plane flys by 200ft let alone 30ft above your head and also the little girl and other person are standing there as if there isnt a plane there.

Maybe a fake...but the little girl is not directly below the Jumbo, it's an optical illusion, she's way closer to the photographer. A little girl is about the size of a 747 nose wheel, at best.
And maybe the lil girl got used to the show as this airport should see more than a landing a every 10 minutes ... at best, after 1 day at the beach ... should start to be boring :D

The sheer size of a jumbo is making these pics look more incredible than they really are.  Note that in all of these pics so far except maybe one, the 747 is more than 100 feet off the ground still, even though it looks lower.  The one in the picture that started all this appears to be at about 75 feet approximately (I judge this by the height of the vertical stab).   I obviously dont know if the pic is real or not, but I suspect that it may be.

Note: as to the girl not putting fingers in ears, besides the fact that she is much further away than she looks,  the noise of a 747 isnt all that much at low power settings, or idle.  Now for takeoffs, you can bet that everybody around would probably have their fingers in their ears in that area.

Wellington "International Airport" , New Zealand is 6351ft long (1936 metres). And the very occassional 747 operates from it. Mostly 767 and 737 traffic though.

haha Just goes to show how some people that post here are really in disbeleif of how THINGS REALLY ARE.

Its like you try to convince someone of how something is, but they are so blinded by their thoughts that in their mind they are only right. haha..

Its no wonder many here still think that aces has a flight model close to xplane. LoL.

If irony was quantifiable, this post would have "buttload" of it.
