the GV armor modeling is obviously porked - the cobra emptied his hellfires to no avail... and the gun on the armored car is next to useless.

After the Attack Shane described the Cobra was shot down by 5x7.9mm rounds from one of the Half Tracks.

Took this picture at Fort Knox a few years ago.  Every 4th of July there is a WW2 battle re-enactment with Shermans, half-tracks, self-propelled guns, and other ww2 vehicles.  

For some reason, a Cobra took off at the nearby field and swooped over the battleground.  The year after that, they had a P51 'strafe' the battlefield several times.  The sound of a merlin doing 400+ is incredible.

The armoured car is actually SdKfz 233, not 234 series.
Besides that, 234/4 is with high velocity 75mm, when the low velocity 75mm version is /3.

I've seen pictures of it before
