I had figured out what name Elfenwolf was posting under.  It only took three posts in the AH thread.  Unfortunatly, I couldn't out him, as my account hadn't been activate yet.

:P

AWG is the alt.games.warbirds BBS.

If I remember correctly, AGW is no longer accepting new users or you have to have a WB account or something like that.

Hey Airhead, er Elfenwolf, some great stuff over on the Warbirds board.  I like the "AW refugees comin' to kick their butts" rhetoric you were dispensing.  Completely bogus, but hey, to each his own!

By the way, I always figured the AW herd of RR pilots would've migrated to MS's "Fighter Ace" but I guess a few slipped into other fields to graze.

Easymo-

Ever played FA? I did. Gravity does not exist in that world. Air starts right over the fight- you kill a guy, he's screaming down on your neck the next instant. Of course this was the arcade room, but the realism room was totally devoid of any life forms whatsover, so when in Rome...

Fighter Ace is the coolest game in the world. Unfortunately I've been banned over there for being too infintile.

Kiran.  Was it FA3?  And its the FR room I was talking about.

AH, is pretty useless during prime time.  If the pizza map is up, its pretty useless during the wee hours also. How empty is FA's FR room.

Haven't played in a while, so I couldn't tell you. I know there was never anyone in the FR rooms while I did visit, and that was primetime eastern.

I keep telling you to try Il-2 if you want realism. When AH doesn't do it for me, Il-2 certainly does.
