Which reminds me of MadTV..... :D

Anyone else enjoy the "Ms. Swan" character? IMHO this is one of the funniest things on TV today.

Anyone remember the episode where Kirk kisses Uhura? Roddenberry was a staunch lefty lib and tried to stretch the boundaries whenever possible. That was the first interacial kiss in network history.

I bet it wasn't Shatner's :) If it moved, he grooved -- black, green, light blue.... The stories are that he would enter the dressing room of whomever the current episode's eye candy happened to be and rather agressively attempt a "docking manuver." Being the 60s, he completed his manuver many times apparently.

I was thinking about Living Color too. I also wanted to include a comment on Kirk's appetite, but I couldn't think of a PC way to say it. ;)

William Shatner is a great musician and his cover of "Rocket Man" is the greatest Rock and Roll cover of all time...not to mention his Priceline commercials.

That is the funniest thing I've read/heard today.  Yesterday's winner was the Amazon.Com review of the Harry Potter vibrating broomstick.

Heard that joke 12 years ago...

...it was almost funny then.
War! Never been so much fun. War! Never been so much fun! Go to your brother, Kill him with your gun, Leave him lying in his uniform, Dying in the sun.

I wish he'd open up an over-acting school, to cap his many accomplishments.

...who would you like to see cast as Captain James T. Kirk?

As Sulu?

As Uhura?

As Spock?

Aww...you get the idea!
